Who these terms apply to
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone purchasing a package or requesting a quote from copywritingvoyage.com, operated from Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain.
What we sell
Copywriting services, sold either as fixed-price packages ("from €X" tiers, published on /pricing and /shop) or as bespoke/retainer work quoted individually. Package inclusions, turnaround estimates, and revision rounds are as stated on each service and package page at the time of order.
Ordering and payment
Packages are purchased through the site's checkout. Prices are shown in EUR, exclusive of Spanish IVA (21%), which is added at checkout. Payment processing on this site currently runs in a clearly labeled test/mock mode. For bespoke or retainer work arranged via quote, payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Delivery process
All work follows the same four-stage process (Chart, Draft, Refine, Launch), described in full on /process. Turnaround times stated per package are estimates from the point the brief (Chart) is confirmed, not from the point of payment, since brief confirmation may require a short back-and-forth.
Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds (see the relevant package's "Revisions" detail). Revisions are scoped against the original confirmed brief. Requests that change the original scope (a new audience, a new offer, added pages or items) may be treated as a separate small addendum rather than an included revision round.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final delivered copy transfers to the client upon full payment. Until payment is complete, drafts remain the intellectual property of copywritingvoyage. We may reference completed work as an anonymized or labeled "sample" in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Liability
copywritingvoyage delivers copywriting services with professional care but does not guarantee specific marketing, sales, or search-ranking outcomes from the delivered copy, as these depend on factors outside our control (design, implementation, market conditions, paid media spend, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited under Spanish or EU consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Bilbao, Bizkaia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules that apply in your favor.
