Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-off packages

• Before Chart begins: if you cancel before the Chart stage has started (i.e. before we've begun work on your brief), you're entitled to a full refund.
• Once Draft has started: if drafting has begun, a pro-rata refund applies, reflecting the work already completed.
• Delivered work: once a deliverable has been completed and delivered (Launch stage), it is non-refundable. Included revision rounds remain available per your package regardless of refund status.

Retainers (monthly packages)

Monthly packages (e.g. the SEO monthly plan, the monthly newsletter plan, the bilingual retainer) can be paused or cancelled for the next billing cycle at any time; the current month's work already in progress follows the one-off rules above.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@copywritingvoyage.com with your order reference (found on your confirmation page and email). We'll confirm the applicable refund amount based on which stage of Chart → Draft → Refine → Launch your order had reached, and process it within a reasonable period.

Note on the checkout's test mode: while checkout runs in mock/test payment mode, no real charge occurs; this policy describes the terms that will apply once real payment processing is enabled.
